Turn around Time

All orders are processed within 24-78 hours. This is the process where your orders are being entered in our internal order system to create a work order for production or fulfillment requests depending on where the items you ordered are coming from.

Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to customers via the email provided in their order in accordance with the above waiting times

Shipping and Delivery Time

To the USA, Australia, New Zealand, it takes 20-30 days.

Can take 4 to 8 weeks to Europe.

Can take 4 to 8 weeks worldwide (especially to LATAM countries where the custom process can slower the delivery time)


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS and e-Packet mail will not have tracking numbers or will have unreliable tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs make shopping no fun. Don't you agree? So, we try to offer low shipping rates as much as possible. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the shipping option and what the cost will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If a tracking number is not showing tracking data and it has been more than 15 days since the order was you may request a refund or request to have the order be re-sent (NOTE: Reshipment times are the same as regular orders).

If a tracking number shows as delivered and you claims you never received the package: The items were successfully delivered to the address your provided. We would recommend they contact the local courier where it was delivered or try to reschedule another delivery attempt. No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered. We are not liable for incorrect address information provided by you or missed delivery attempts by couriers.

For International orders with no final destination tracking: if the you claims you never received you order, we will resend or refund the order after 60 days has elapsed.
